I cooked again!
The other thing I cooked was calzones. Here are all the ingredients laid out (sorry the picture is sideways):
I made the sauce and the fillings:
I think that avocado is hiding underneath the bowl:
Mixing the fillings:
The dough came pre-made, but I did have to separate it into three pieces:
The extremely even three pieces:
I didn't do a great job getting them closed with no holes:
They exploded a little in the oven, but they still look delicious:
And here's the final presentation, with the extra sauce for dipping:
Delicious! So I cooked twice, if you can even believe it!

I cooked!
In the first week of January, we got a free week of food from Blue Apron from a friend. I cooked 2 of the meals, and here's the first one: cauliflower steaks. They send you all of the ingredients, and here they are, all laid out nicely:
Here is some evidence that it was actually me cooking:
Partway through, the greens all looked nice:
Cauliflowers turn out to be very pretty, like trees, when you slice them vertically:
The range of colors of scallions (sorry, I don't think there's a way to rotate the picture in Blogger):
In prep bowls, so fancy:
Making the coconut curry sauce:
The fanciest part of all was the black rice, which was really cool and very tasty:
Adding the lime zest:
Making the individual servings:
A close-up before toppings:
The process of adding toppings, observed by a skeptical friend:
The final product:
It was delicious! We've even made it again since then, and it wasn't easy because we had to find somewhere to buy black rice. Mmmmm!
